**Terms and Conditions for SoftPaws Play Centre**

**1. Acceptance of Terms**  
By entering SoftPaws Play Centre, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our facilities.

**2. Liability Waiver**  
SoftPaws Play Centre strives to create a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests; however, participation in activities involves inherent risks. You acknowledge and agree that SoftPaws Play Centre, its owners, employees, and agents are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages sustained by you or your guests while on the premises, including but not limited to physical injuries, emotional distress, or loss of property. You assume all risks associated with your use of the facilities.

**3. Booking Policy**  
All bookings made at SoftPaws Play Centre require full payment at the time of reservation. Please be advised that all bookings are non-refundable and will still be charged even if you miss your designated booking slot. It is recommended to arrive at least on time, not prior to your scheduled time to ensure a smooth experience.

**4. Cancellation Policy**  
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for rescheduling to be considered. Any cancellations made after this period will result in forfeiture of payment.

**5. Behavior Policy**  
Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner while at SoftPaws Play Centre. Any behavior deemed inappropriate, including but not limited to fighting, harassment, or disruptive conduct, may result in immediate removal from the premises without a refund.

**6. Age Restrictions**  
SoftPaws Play Centre is designed for any age groups. Adults must supervise there pets at all times.

**7. Personal Property**  
SoftPaws Play Centre is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. We recommend that you keep valuables with you at all times.

**8. Changes to Terms**  
SoftPaws Play Centre reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or at our facility. Continued use of the centre following any modifications signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.
